**Client Manager (H/F)**

Votre rôle s'articule autour de la gestion de la relation client, du suivi des projets et de la définition de la stratégie de content marketing de vos clients_._

**Vos missions seront les suivantes**:

- En tant que responsable de la relation avec votre portefeuille client, vous assurez le lien entre les clients, leurs objectifs, leurs demandes, et les capacités d'analyse, de stratégie et de production de l'agence. Vous accompagnez vos clients dans la définition de leur stratégie de content marketing et assurez la relation commerciale afin d'optimiser notre présence chez vos clients.
- En tant que gestionnaire de projets, vous assurez un suivi irréprochable des dossiers, tout en respectant les timings et les budgets alloués.
- Vous assurez également le suivi administratif et chiffré de l'activité commerciale concernant vos clients : propositions, relances, forecasts, contrats, facturation, etc.
- Vous intervenez auprès de vos clients en comprenant leurs besoins et leurs enjeux, vous les conseillez et les accompagnez dans leurs projets de corporate publishing (magazine, livre, brochures ) et de content marketing multi-canaux (print, digital, vidéo, audio, live).
- Vous êtes le lien entre les équipes créatives (rédacteurs, graphistes, photographes, vidéastes) et vos clients afin de garantir le bon déroulé de la production, en adéquation avec les objectifs de vos clients et la stratégie proposée.

**Votre profil**
- Issu d'une formation dans la communication, le marketing ou domaine connexe, vous détenez au minimum trois années d'expérience professionnelle réussie dans une fonction similaire à Luxembourg ou à l'international;
- Une expérience en agence de communication est préférable;
- Sans nécessairement être un expert, vous détenez des connaissances en communication éditoriale et en content marketing ;
- Client-centric, vous savez être à l'écoute des besoins du client et les traduire dans des stratégies de communication pertinentes, efficaces et créatrices de valeur ;
- Organisé, rigoureux, solution finder vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets en simultané;
- Vous avez la capacité à gérer les situations de stress et faire face aux urgences notamment en phase de bouclage des projets;
- Vous avez une sensibilité éditoriale et médias;
- Teamplayer vous êtes à l'écoute, et proactif;
- En tant qu'ambassadeur de l'entreprise, le sens de la relation client est primordial pour vous;
- Vous êtes soucieux de la qualité et de l'esthétique des projets que vous coordonnez;
- Vos capacités rédactionnelles seront un atout et vous êtes un bon communicant(e);
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement le français et l'anglais. L'allemand et/ou le luxembourgeois sont des atouts pour ce poste.
