YOUR ROLE
- Business Analysis Planning
- Perform stakeholder analysis to identify those impacted or influencing groups;
- Develop accurate estimates for requirements;
- Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints;
- Define the business analysis approach based on project and delivery methodology;
- Lead requirements prioritization.
- Requirements Analysis and Documentation
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse business stakeholder groups;
- Utilize advanced elicitation techniques;
- Analyze and document business solutions and system requirements;
- Verify and validate requirements;
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation;
- Provide consulting services to business stakeholders.
- Requirements Management and Support
- Prepare requirements for review and lead walkthrough sessions;
- Apply coverage analysis techniques;
- Communicate changes impact;
- Resolve conflicts and escalate issues;
- Support QA in developing test cases;
- Assist in Design and Development activities;
- Support UAT and PIV activities;
- Support end-user documentation and training.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong communication skills;
- Creative, analytical & forward thinking;
- Dynamic, flexible and well organized;
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders;
- Fluency in French and good command of English;
- Bachelor's degree in IT with 5+ years of professional experience.
