**Business Analyst (M/F)**:
Vous contribuez à des projets transversaux liés à la transformation digitale, tels que l'automatisation des processus, l'analyse des données, l'amélioration de l'expérience client et la mise en œuvre de plateformes digitales. Vous serez aussi amené selon votre expérience à piloter des projets ou sous-projets de programmes transversaux.
**VOTRE MISSION SERA DE**:
- Créer des groupes de travail et collaborer pour recueillir et documenter les besoins.
- Effectuer des analyses approfondies des processus métiers afin d'identifier les zones d'amélioration et d'optimisation grâce aux initiatives de transformation digitale.
- Traduire les besoins métiers en spécifications détaillées pour les communiquer aux équipes techniques.
- Analyser les données et fournir des insights pour orienter la prise de décision, identifier les tendances et mesurer l'efficacité des initiatives digitales.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT et autres parties prenantes pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des solutions digitales, y compris les tests, l'acceptation utilisateur et la gestion du changement.
- Préparer des rapports, de la documentation et des présentations pour communiquer sur l'avancement des projets, les résultats obtenus et les recommandations.
- Rester à jour des tendances émergentes, des technologies et des meilleures pratiques liées à la transformation digitale et faire des préconisations pour leur adoption dans l'organisation.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Expérience avérée dans ce domaine, de préférence dans des projets de transformation digitale (certification CBAP est un plus).
- Solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'analyser des données complexes, d'identifier des tendances et des insights.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Familiarité avec les technologies digitales telles que l'automatisation des processus, l'analyse des données, l'expérience client et les plateformes digitales.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter les délais dans un environnement rapide.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et d'amélioration continue (Lean Six Sigma)
- Langues requises : français et anglais - le luxembourgeois est un atout.
