Description
As a CIAM Solution Expert, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing our approach to Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position requires a mix of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Your main goal will be to implement state-of-the-art CIAM tools and methodologies to enhance our IAM capabilities.
As a key player, you will be responsible for overseeing access permissions, ensuring that authorized individuals have secure and suitable access to the EIB Group's vital data and resources.
Come onboard to shape a secure and robust future for the EIB Group. Your knowledge and judgment will be instrumental in safeguarding our valuable information assets.
Operating Network:
You will directly report to the Head of Access, Controls & Governance Unit and collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the EIB Group, aligning with all lines of defense.
What Will You Do:
Lead the enhancement and utilization of our information security controls, with a focus on robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, architecture, and protocolsDrive projects aimed at enhancing the EIB Group's IAM technology and tools. Implement cutting-edge solutions such as CIAM and IGA to ensure our IAM systems remain at the forefrontProactively improve our IAM risk detection capabilities by implementing necessary technical and administrative controls. Adapt to evolving IT standards and methodologiesIdentify security vulnerabilities and propose technical and procedural remedies. Collaborate closely with Internal Audit and relevant stakeholders to address and mitigate identified risksBuild strong relationships across the EIB Group to align IAM strategies with business requirements and risk profiles. Stay updated on industry advancements by engaging with professional organizations and security expertsContribute to the development of IAM-related policies, guidelines, and procedures. Drive the continuous enhancement of our IAM tools and technologiesRemain vigilant in the realm of Identity Management, playing a vital role in incident resolution, including thorough post-incident analysisEnsure effective communication throughout the organization, guaranteeing clear comprehension and timely escalation of support mattersQualifications:Hold a University degree (equivalent to at least a Bachelor's) preferably in information technology, telecommunications, risk management, business administration, or securityMinimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in managing Identity & Access Management solutionsUnderstanding of security principles and techniques related to access control, web applications, and operationsExperience in system administration combined with expertise in managing and supporting information security & access management infrastructureStay updated on market trends and advancements in the Identity and Access Management sectorSolid IT technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with all IT delivery teamsGeneral understanding of EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)Proficiency in English and/or French, with a preference for a good command of both languagesSource:Recommend your friend
