As a CIAM Solution Expert, you will have a pivotal role in innovating our approach to Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role is a blend of technical acumen and strategic approach. Your mission will be to implement cutting-edge CIAM tools and practices, improving our IAM capabilities.In this crucial role, you will be the guardian of access rights, ensuring that the right individuals have secure and appropriate access to the EIB Group's critical data and information.
Join us in shaping a secure and resilient future for the EIB Group. Your expertise and decisions will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our information assets.
Operating Network:
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Access, Controls & Governance Unit and work in close collaboration and maintain contacts on multiple levels across EIB Group, and all the lines of defence.
What Will You Do:
Actively shape and manage our information security controls, focusing on robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, architecture, and proceduresLead projects to improve the EIB Group's IAM technology and tools. Drive the deployment of cutting-edge solutions like CIAM and IGA, ensuring our IAM systems are state-of-the-artProactively enhance our IAM risk detection capabilities. Implement necessary technical and administrative controls, adapting to evolving IT standards and methodologiesAnalyze security weaknesses and propose both technical and procedural solutions. Work closely with Internal Audit and other stakeholders to address and mitigate identified vulnerabilitiesorge strong relationships across the EIB Group to align IAM strategies with business needs and risk appetites. Stay connected with industry developments by engaging with professional bodies and security expertsContribute to shaping IAM-related policies, guidelines, and procedures. Lead the continuous improvement of our IAM tools and technologiesMaintain vigilance in Identity Management areas, playing a key role in incident resolution, including thorough post-mortem analysisCommunicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear understanding and escalation of support issuesQualifications:
University degree (minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor) preferably in information technology, telecommunication, risk management, business administration or securityMinimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in managing Identity & Access Management solutionsUnderstanding of security aspects and techniques related to access control, web application and operationsExperience in system administration along with knowledge of management and support of information security & access management infrastructureUp-to-date knowledge of market trends and development in the Identity and Access Management sectorGood IT technical knowledge in order to be able to collaborate with all other IT delivery teamsGeneral knowledge of EU GDPR (General Data Protection Legislation)Fluent in English and/or French and preferably a solid understanding of the other Source:
