Nous sommes à la recherche d'un profil Senior de Risk Officer pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise renommée du secteur des assurances basée au Luxembourg. Le candidat idéal, sous la responsabilité du Risk Manager, veillera au bon fonctionnement du système de gestion des risques, exécutant le programme de gestion des risques et de gouvernance, tout en maintenant une vue d'ensemble du profil de risque de l'entreprise.

Missions principales :

  • Maintenir et développer le rapport ORSA annuel et autres rapports de risque (SFCR, RSR, QRTs) pour les entités Vie et Non-Vie.
  • Asset Liability Committee / Risk Committee : Assister l'équipe dans la préparation de l'agenda, la collecte et la préparation de la documentation de support et la rédaction des comptes rendus.
  • Soutenir la conception et le suivi des indicateurs clés de risque (KRIs).
  • Assister les propriétaires de risques de première ligne dans l'application cohérente du cadre de gestion des risques pour identifier, évaluer, gérer, surveiller et rapporter tous les risques importants.
  • Réaliser des analyses ad hoc et des revues de qualité.
  • Maintenir et développer les politiques basées sur le cadre de gouvernance applicable.
  • Créer, maintenir et développer des relations de travail positives avec toutes les parties prenantes, internes et externes, pour soutenir l'atteinte des résultats clés.
  • Promouvoir une culture de forte sensibilisation au risque au sein de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme de Master en Actuariat, Gestion des Risques, Finance ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de 4 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance.
  • Compétences solides en reporting, grande indépendance, affinité avec les marchés financiers, les calculs actuariels et les concepts d'assurance (Vie et Non-Vie).
  • Expérience significative en gestion des risques et compréhension du cadre réglementaire local et SII.
  • Expérience dans la rédaction de politiques internes, la documentation des processus, des risques et des contrôles.
  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français. La connaissance de l'allemand est un atout pour la communication avec le siège.
  • Compétences analytiques fortes, attention aux détails et capacité à interpréter des chiffres et d'autres informations actuarielles et financières.
  • Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité, capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation.
  • Excellentes compétences en informatique, en particulier MS Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
