Nous recherchons un.e futur.e collaborateur/collaboratrice spécialisé.e dans les solutions d'architecture pour accompagner notre client, opérateur dans le secteur financier et pour participer dans la mise en place et la conception et l'implémentation d'une architecture technique autour des MicroServices et des différentes structures. En d'autres termes, cette mission consiste de prendre en charge la conception et la gestion de l'architecture de l'entreprise, tout en assurant que les systems d'information et les processus métier soit alignés avec les objectifs stratégiques.

Responsabilités
  • Développer et maintenir un plan architectural stratégique ;
  • Analyser les structures et les processus de l'entreprise ;
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration ou de perfectionnement technologique continu ;
  • Concevoir et diriger la mise en œuvre d'une architecture technique d'entreprise ;
  • Aligner l'architecture globale avec l'évaluation des technologies et des outils émergents ;
  • Établir des normes de codage et des meilleures pratiques à suivre ;
  • Mettre en œuvre des outils d'analyse de code automatisés pour identifier les problèmes potentiels ;
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre une infrastructure informatique fiable et sécurisée ;
  • Veiller à ce que l'architecture soit conforme aux politiques de sécurité, aux normes et aux exigences de l'organisation ;
  • Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes : l'architecte principal, l'équipe de développement, l'architecte d'infrastructure et l'équipe sécurité pour mettre en œuvre et assurer l'alignement de l'architecture globale de l'organisation.

Critères
  • Détenir au minimum un baccalauréat en IT ou dans un domaine connexe ;
  • Avoir au moins 8 ans d'expérience avérée dans le domaine ;
  • Maîtriser les modèles de conception de MicroServices ;
  • Être capable de diviser les applications en petits services déployables et indépendants ;
  • Avoir une grande compréhension des stratégies de mise à l'échelle et des mécanismes de résilience pour les MicroServices ;
  • Avoir une solide connaissance du langage de programmation Java, incluant les principes d'objet orientés ;
  • Avoir une expertise et une maîtrise des frameworks Spring Boot et JavaScript à des fins de développement de MicroServices ;
  • Avoir une compréhension approfondie des principes IAM d'authenfication/autorisation ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des services cloud tels que Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, les services PaaS sera considéré comme un atout ;
  • Être proactif, curieux, méticuleux et axé sur les objectifs ;
  • Avoir de solides compétences interpersonnelles, être capable de travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe dynamique ;
  • Avoir d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant orale qu'écrite en français et en anglais est obligatoire
