Ingénieur de Production/d'Exploitation
Nous recherchons un.e futur.e collaborateur/collaboratrice spécialisé.e dans l'ingénierie de production pour accompagner notre client, opérateur dans le secteur d'assurances pour participer dans la prise en charge du maintien opérationnel des interfaces clients et garantir le bon déroulement des traitements opérationnels. En d'autres termes, cette mission consiste de prendre en charge les activités liés à l'exploitation afin de transformer les processus actuels vers des processus DevOps, tout en étant encadré.e par l'équipe support de la production.

Responsabilités
  • Assurer la gestion des changements en lien avec les applications en prod
  • Effectuer le suivi de la qualité de la prod (performances & incidents)
  • Savoir coordonner le déroulement des travaux selon leurs priorités
  • Mettre en place les traitements d'exploitation/de production des ressources informatiques nécessaires
  • Assurer l'intégration et le déploiement des applications en prod
  • Suivre les releases mensuelles et créer l'exécution sous Ansible
  • Assurer le suivi du batch journalier en Bash sous le système d'exploitation Linux
  • Assurer le monitoring des applications métier et le suivi des performances
  • Assurer la gestion des incidents d'exploitation (diagnostics, intervention, alerte)
  • Créer les procédures de contrôle
  • Analyser les incidents de 1er et 2e niveau

Critères
  • Être en possession d'un bac+3 ou bac+5 en Ingénierie Informatique ou domaine connexe
  • Avoir minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation Linux (Script) et Windows (PowerShell)
  • Savoir manipuler la plateforme K8s et appliquer les stratégies d'automatisation de la chaîne de livraison et déploiement continu (CD)
  • Savoir manipuler la plateforme MFT Goanywhere pour le transfert de fichiers sécurisés
  • Savoir travailler avec les outils collaboratifs : Jenkins, GitHub, Build & Playbook Ansible
  • Savoir utiliser l'outil de planification Control-M
  • Être doté.e d'un excellent esprit d'équipe et esprit analytique
  • Avoir une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Être disposé.e à assurer des périodes de service définies et astreintes
