Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenportfolio:
• Sie stellen die fristgerechte Klärung von Schadensfällen sicher und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Steuerung operationeller und Reputationsrisiken.
• Sie wirken durch Modellierung und Analyse der Prozesse aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Geschäftsfeldes Fondsdienstleistungen mit.
• Sie fördern die Nutzung von Zusammenarbeitsmedien und Workflowmanagement-Systemen wie SharePoint, Confluence, Jira oder IBO Prometheus bzw. beraten/unterstützen bei der Umsetzung entsprechender Optimierungsvorhaben.
• Sie übernehmen die Koordination unserer internen Organisationshandbücher und stellen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen deren Aktualität und inhaltliche Qualität sicher.
Sie als Mensch und Profi:
• Sie verfügen über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Investmentfondsgeschäft und haben sich in dieser Zeit einen soliden fachlichen Hintergrund erworben.
• Sie verfügen über Prozessmanagement-Kenntnisse und haben ein Verständnis davon, wie Unternehmensprozesse in der BPMN 2.0 modelliert, analysiert und weiterentwickelt werden. Bestenfalls haben Sie Erfahrungen mit der Digitalisierung von Workflows.
• Ihr souveräner Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) zeichnet Sie aus.
• Erfahrungen mit SharePoint, Confluence und Jira sind von Vorteil.
• Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken, ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Kreativität sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
