Halian - Infrastructure Administrator

Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructures (SCOM, OneView, Splunk, SCCM, etc.)
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and management of MS Windows Servers
- Active Directory & Exchange:
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), ADFS, and Certificate Authority
- Administer Microsoft Exchange 2019 (On-Premises)
- Backup Management: Ensure the smooth operation of backup systems
- Incident Resolution: Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Documentation: Develop and update documentation and operational procedures
- Virtualization & Scripting:
- Apply your knowledge of VMware for Virtualization tasks
- Utilize advanced PowerShell skills, including scripting, to streamline processes
Required qualifications & skills
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration and related technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including SCOM, SCCM, and Active Directory
- In-depth knowledge of VMware Virtualization and PowerShell scripting
- Experience managing Microsoft Exchange 2019 (On-Premises)
- Knowledge of backup systems and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is an asset
- On-site presence is mandatory (100%)
