Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Du treibst aktiv die strategischen Ziele von Cube 4T8 durch eigenverantwortliche Konzipierung und Umsetzung von Projekten voran
  • Du setzt bereichsübergreifende Ideen und Konzeptprojekte im meist digitalen Umfeld um und klärst intern und extern technische und kaufmännische Rahmenbedingungen
  • Dabei unterstützt du das Team in allen weiteren Aufgaben des Projekt Managements:
  • Zeit-, Investitions- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Project-Monitoring und Qualitätssicherung
  • Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von PoCs sowie Ableitung aller Anforderungen und notwendiger Kompetenzen bzw. Rollen des MVP-Teams
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Partnern sowie Losch-internen Schnittstellen
  • Analyse von (Markt-) Potentialen und Wettbewerb sowie möglichen Kooperationspartnern
  • Kundenzentrierte Entwicklung von Business Modellen inklusive Business Cases
  • Konzipierung und Sicherstellung der vollständigen Überführung der erstellten MVPs in die Operationalisierungs- und Skalierungsphase
  • Ausarbeitung einer "fit for market" sowie einer "establishment in market" Strategie für den MVP

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Business Development, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Informations-) Technik o.ä.
  • Du hast eine IT-Affinität und bringst idealerweise (technisches) Know How in den Bereichen Digitalisierung oder e-Mobilität mit
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Produktentwicklung und zugehörigen Methodenkenntnissen mit
  • Deine Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Scrum und agilen Projektmanagementprozessen sowie CANVAS und anderen Business Modell Entwicklungsprozessen ist von Vorteil
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und verbindlichem Auftreten
  • Du hast den Willen, Ideen umzusetzen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und eigenständig
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Französisch- und Luxemburgisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsabilités :

  • Tu fais activement avancer les objectifs stratégiques de Cube 4T8 en concevant et en réalisant des projets de manière autonome
  • Tu mets en œuvre des idées et des projets conceptuels transversaux dans un environnement principalement digital et tu clarifies les conditions techniques et commerciales en interne et en externe
  • Tout en aidant l'équipe dans toutes les autres tâches de gestion de projets :
  • Gestion du temps, des investissements et des ressources
  • Supervision des projets et assurance de la qualité
  • Elaboration et mise en œuvre des PoCs
  • Assurer la coopération avec les clients et les partenaires, ainsi qu'avec les interfaces internes de Losch
  • Analyse des potentiels (du marché) et de la concurrence ainsi que des partenaires potentiels
  • Développement des modèles de Business centré sur le client
  • Conception et assurance du transfert complet des MVP créés, dans la phase d'opérationnalisation et de la mise en échelle
  • Elaboration d'une stratégie " fit for market " et d'une stratégie " establishment in market " pour le MVP

Profil :

  • Tu as un diplôme d'études supérieures avec un accent particulier sur le développement des affaires, les sciences économiques, ingénieur économique, la technologie (p.ex : IT) o. a.
  • Tu as une affinité dans l'informatique et du savoir-faire (technique) dans le domaine de la digitalisation ou de l'électromobilité sont bénéfiques
  • Tu disposes d'une première d'expérience dans la gestion de projets, le développement de projets et les méthodologies pertinentes
  • Tu as une expérience dans l'application de Scrum et des processus de gestion de projet agiles
  • Tu disposes une expérience dans CANVAS ou dans d'autres processus de développement de modèles commerciaux est un atout
  • Tu as des fortes compétences en matière de communication
  • Tu es convainquant et fiable
  • Tu as la volonté de mettre en œuvre de nouvelles idées
  • Tu sais travailler de manière structurée et indépendante
  • Tu as l'esprit d'équipe et une mentalité pratique
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais, le français et le luxembourgeois sont un atout
