LLM Research Engineer

Avec votre expertise et votre expérience dans le domaine, vous soutiendrez les développements de Cogniwave Dynamics dans la nouvelle ère de l'IA. Vous explorerez les LLMs à la pointe de la technologie et les nouvelles idées de fonctionnalités qui aident à pousser nos développements clients au niveau supérieur. En prototypant et en testant des fonctionnalités visionnaires, vous préparez la prochaine génération de nos solutions.
Au quotidien, vous allez
- Vous amuser dans une équipe d'experts pleine de chercheurs créatifs et passionnés
- Rester à jour avec les avancées des LLMs pour le code et le texte dans l'industrie et le monde académique
- Expérimenter avec divers LLMs existants pour tester leurs forces et faiblesses
- Discuter et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités d'innovation pour nos produits qui exploitent les LLMs
- Prototyper et évaluer de nouvelles fonctionnalités de produits alimentés par l'IA pour les développeurs
- Vous interviendrez comme Expert LLM sur des missions d'expertise chez nos clients
- Vous pouvez intervenir partiellement à l'étranger
- Vous avez obtenu un diplôme universitaire et vous êtes compétent pour comprendre les articles académiques
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'architecture globale et des blocs de construction des LLMs
- Vous avez une expérience pratique de l'utilisation et du déploiement des LLMs (localement et dans le cloud)
- Vous avez de solides compétences en programmation pour automatiser les tâches et construire du code de preuve de concept
- Vous êtes capable de concevoir des protocoles d'évaluation impartiaux en utilisant des métriques d'évaluation de modèle
- Vous êtes familier avec l'état de l'art du tuning de prompts et de l'ingénierie
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, et pouvez comprendre et expliquer des sujets techniques complexes
- Python
- Langchain
- Expérience avec le fine-tuning de LLMs pour des tâches spécifiques
- Connaissance des modèles RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) et de leurs applications
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en programmation Python.
- Expérience professionnelle antérieure avec du NLP
- Expérience professionnelle pratique avec des outils de IA générative et de grands modèles de langage (llama2 , mistral, )
- Expérience concrète des processus ETL, des bases de données relationnelles et NoSQL comme MongoDB.
- Expérience professionnelle antérieure avec des environnements cloud (par exemple, AWS, GCP,Azure).
