Key job responsibilities We are looking for Applied Scientists who are passionate to solve highly ambiguous and challenging problems at a global scale. You will be responsible for major science challenges for our team, including forecasting, ranking and recommendations. You will design, develop, deliver and support a variety of models in collaboration with a variety of roles and partner teams around the world. You will influence scientific direction and best practices and maintain quality on team deliverables.
- Develop and refine LLM-based agents capable of handling complex, multi-step tasks
- Improve the LLMs multilingual and multimodal capabilities to support a global marketplace
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and biases in LLM agent behavior
- Optimize agent performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness A day in the life You will work alongside internationally recognized experts, Applied Scientists, Product Managers, Technical Program Managers and Business Intelligence engineers to create solutions/models that will dramatically reduce the time and cost of feature launches while expanding Amazon across the EU and WW.
