We are seeking a Senior Adviser/Assistant Manager in Strategy & Regulatory Consulting
What you will be working on
- Manage strategy & regulatory projects, related to the following topics, with little involvement from senior management: blockchain, strategy design, financial forecasting, business modelling, etc.
- Conduct meticulous research and analysis to identify key challenges and opportunities for banks, investment firms, payment service providers, emoney institutions and PSFs alike
- Present findings, craft tailormade solutions, provide recommendation/concrete actions and monitor the implementations of the latter
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients
- Oversee a team of junior resources and guide it in the development of quality deliverables
What we look for
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or Physics
- 35 years of experience in the financial sector and/or in consulting
- Excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mindset
- Fluency in English; French or German are an advantage
- A selfstarter mindset and the willingness to build expertise
- Strong clients focus with the ability to establish and develop lasting and trusting relationships with new and existing clients
