We are looking for a Senior Adviser in Transaction Services (Due Diligence)
Transaction Services provides a broad range of services related to transactions for our clients. Our primary services include financial scrutiny to support deal assessment and advice on refinancing. Our business plays a crucial role in the Firm's strategy to deepen its presence in boardrooms and collaborate with clients throughout the economic and transactional processes. Our projects vary in length, location, and nature, involving work both at client sites and in our offices in Luxembourg and abroad.
The ideal candidate: We are searching for an exceptional individual to enhance a team devoted to being the leading player in the industry both in size and reputation.
Tasks you will handle
As a Senior Adviser, you will be part of a specialized team, offering guidance on financial due diligence projects focusing on:
- Acquisitions on the buyer's side
- Divestitures on the seller's side
- Refinancing
The responsibilities of the individual will vary based on the nature and specifics of each project, covering tasks such as project management, team oversight, analyzing intricate business and financial matters, reviewing the work of junior team members, drafting reports, and managing client relationships. Expect to engage in a variety of project-based tasks across different industries and regions, with a particular emphasis on the Luxembourg market.
Qualifications we seek
- Keen interest in M&A activities
- Prior experience (2-4 years) in executing/co-managing Transaction Services projects (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a refined personal touch –demonstrating the ability to establish credibility with clients quickly
- Solid academic background
- Outstanding analytical skills, including data interpretation, insights generation, and problem-solving
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with top management teams
- Capacity to co-lead and work in high-performance teams
- Consistent high-level performance under pressure
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or German would be an advantage
