En Legal & Corporate Manager, vous serez responsable d'un portefeuille étendu et diversifié de clients dans les secteurs du private equity et du real estate, ainsi que des clients institutionnels et privés. Vous aurez également la gestion d'une petite équipe.

Les bureaux sont situés à proximité du centre-ville, facilement accessibles en transport en commun. Si vous le souhaitez, un parking est à mis gratuitement disposition des employés.

**Vos Responsabilités**:

- Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les clients. Vous gérerez la coordination et le cycle de vie complet de toutes les demandes des clients et de tous les aspects des sociétés luxembourgeoises, de la création à la liquidation, y compris les transactions, les obligations légales, les restructurations, les fusions et acquisitions
- Veiller à ce que tous les clients soient en règle sur tous les aspects de l'administration juridique, corporative et financière ainsi que sur la conformité réglementaire et la gouvernance à chaque étape du cycle de vie des sociétés.
- Aider les clients et les membres de l'équipe à résoudre des problèmes juridiques/corporatifs complexes en les orientant dans l'environnement réglementaire juridique luxembourgeois et en les référant à des conseillers juridiques lorsque cela est approprié
- Participer et/ou prendre la direction lors des réunions du conseil d'administration et des réunions avec les clients
- Dans le futur, vous pourrez prendre des mandats de direction dans les sociétés des clients
- Aider le Directeur associé et les Directeurs généraux dans le processus de facturation et le recouvrement des créances
- Superviser le travail quotidien des membres de l'équipe et les coacher dans leur développement, en partageant leur expertise/expérience/connaissances
- Superviser un portefeuille de clients varié et étendu dans les délais fixés et convenus, en examinant et en suggérant des améliorations si nécessaire, en garantissant des soins aux clients opportuns et efficaces
- Gérer et superviser des structures de clients complexes, rester conscient des risques encourus tant par le client que par le Groupe, y compris l'accomplissement des responsabilités dans le cadre des procédures de contrôle
- Assurer un service rapide et professionnel aux clients et aux intermédiaires et essayer toujours de procurer une valeur ajoutée au travail effectué et aux relations établies
- Maintenir les dossiers précis et à jour, en veillant à ce que toutes les obligations statutaires internes et externes soient respectées
- Rédiger et examiner des documents corporatifs, divers accords internes et externes, propositions de frais, etc.

**Votre Profil**:

- Vous êtes dynamique, proactif, organisé et rigoureux, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler individuellement ainsi qu'en équipe en fonction des exigences quotidiennes.
- Un diplôme (minimum BAC+3 ou équivalent) en droit ou dans un domaine connexe
- Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Une solide connaissance et compréhension du droit des sociétés ainsi que des exigences légales et administratives en matière de réglementation luxembourgeoise
- Avoir de l'expérience en gestion d'équipe est obligatoire
- Vous êtes organisé, ouvert d'esprit, flexible, travaillant en équipe et axé sur le client
- Maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l'anglais obligatoire
