As a major player in Luxembourg's finance industry and as a signatory of the UN Principles of Responsible Banking, BIL is committed to handing over a responsible and sustainable bank to future generations.
Responsibilities:
The Wealth Management Commercial Support Team collaborates with the several teams through the bank to provide the WM Management team with relevant facts, figures & analyses in order to help them taking accurate commercial decisions to activate revenues.
The team also reviews and implements transversal sales approaches, models and methodologies and proposes actionable recommendation to the Management Team.
- Participate in the elaboration, implementation and the monitoring of Sales initiatives which are assisting the various markets in reaching their sales objectives.
- From a profitability perspective, contribute in ensuring that Front stakeholders are promoting the right product at the right price.
- Together with Performance Management, prepare the Monthly Performance Review meetings with Team Leaders where supportive Sales actions may be required.
- Be involved in making the BIL Sales process as efficient as possible while ensuring that clients are invested in the best solutions in accordance to the clients' risk appetite and from a crossborder and regulatory perspective.
- Have the opportunity to participate and contribute to the implementation of projects which have been elaborated in response to regulatory and/or commercial opportunities.
- Qualification:_
- Master's degree of a wellknown university or business school
- Technical abilities:_
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Soft skills: _
- Ability to synthesize concepts and material into clear and concise thoughts.
- Professional behavior, diplomatic skills, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
- Ability to collaborate with department staff and other functional units.
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Autonomous and curious
- Confident to interact with others
- Languages:_
- English and French (read, write and speak)
- Fluency in another European language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to start from
January 2023.
