Manpower Permanent Placement, the recruitment agency of the Manpower Group, is seeking a Retail Development Manager - All / FR / GB - (M/F/X) on a permanent contract for one of its clients, an international commercial company.
Location: Mondercange
Main Challenges of the Role:
Optimize and adapt product ranges to local specificities.
Ensure the visual quality of stores.
Innovate the assortment to increase margins.
Establish good contacts with suppliers.
Your responsibilities :
Regularly visit service stations to check assortments and prices.
Optimize the assortment per site and achieve sales targets.
Continuously improve the business visually and financially.
Develop a roadmap for products and services.
Support Category and Space Managers in establishing planograms.
Collaborate with Sales Market Managers to optimize stock management.
Control HACCP rules and legislation to ensure product freshness.
Compare key products and their prices with competitors.
Ensure good internal and external communication.
Coordinate installation/remodeling projects.
Organize training for staff.
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
Your profile:
Bilingual in German and French, with English at a B2 level.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.
Proficiency in IT tools: Office, ESO, Excel.
Experience in the network is an asset.
Analytical skills, flexibility, dynamism, and team spirit.
Exemplary, integrity, and boldness to innovate.
Comfort in a competitive and diverse market.
Knowledge of financial and environmental requirements.
Prioritization of personnel safety and security.
