Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prestigious clients in PE/RE.
  • Manage a team of 4 and support them in corporate governance matters including attending and preparing minutes for board meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with AML and KYC procedures is in line with company's high standards.
  • Assist clients and the Funds team with transactions and new products.

Key requirements:

  • Hold a law degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 year's of experience in fund administration and company secretarial working with AIFs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fast learner with great communication skills.
