Nous recherchons en vue d'un CDI pour une très belle société au Luxembourg un Business Development Manager (h/f)
Votre mission :
En tant que Business Development Manager, vous recherchez activement de nouvelles opportunités de clients et de marchés sur le marché B2B. Vous agirez en tant qu'ambassadeur de confiance et informerez les clients et les prospects des nouveautés et des tendances du secteur.
Comment ?
- Grâce à votre connaissance du marché, vous recherchez de manière ciblée de nouveaux prospects et opportunités de marché.
- Vous développez et mettez en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces pour cibler les secteurs clés (Agriculture, Construction, Industrie, Transport, Administration, ...), et communiquez efficacement la proposition de prix et les avantages de notre offre.
- Vous savez mieux que quiconque comment comprendre les besoins de vos clients, dans les différents segments, et les traduire en une offre attrayante afin de parvenir à un accord final.
- Grâce à des études de marché et à l'utilisation de votre propre réseau, vous développez activement un plan de prospection dans votre région.
- Vous utilisez des campagnes de marketing (leads) pour effectuer une prospection ciblée.
- Vous assurez une évolution rapide de votre pipeline et des phases de vente pour atteindre vos résultats.
- Vous faites la promotion des produits et services de l'Entreprise auprès des clients potentiels avec professionnalisme et connaissance.
- Votre objectif est de développer un partenariat à long terme avec vos clients potentiels et les acteurs du marché. Vous travaillez donc avec passion sur vos relations avec les clients - en développant une connaissance profonde de leurs objectifs commerciaux et en établissant une relation de confiance en tant que partenaire privilégié.
- Vous surveillez attentivement l'évolution des prix, de la concurrence et des besoins dans les différents segments afin de conseiller vos clients en tant qu'"expert du marché de l'énergie".
- Vous construisez activement un réseau dans les différents segments du marché et aimez travailler à la constitution d'une communauté pour partager l'expertise du marché et les alternatives énergétiques durables dans votre région.
- Vous tenez des rapports précis et actualisés sur le pipeline de vente et les activités. Vous fournissez régulièrement des prévisions de vente et des rapports d'avancement à la direction.
votre profil:
- La négociation et la communication centrée sur le client sont votre seconde nature.
- Vous êtes un vendeur ambitieux, dynamique et orienté vers les résultats, avec au moins un an d'expérience dans la vente.
- Vous êtes très motivé(e) et savez le faire savoir de manière convaincante et enthousiaste dans votre communication avec vos collègues et vos prospects.
- Grâce à votre approche commerciale et orientée vers le client, vous voyez et saisissez toutes les opportunités qui peuvent contribuer notre croissance continue.
- Vous vous remettez continuellement en question et vous vous efforcez d'être "meilleur" demain qu'aujourd'hui, vous osez faire des erreurs et persévérez face aux difficultés, vous croyez en vous et vous considérez le feedback comme une étape nécessaire pour votre développement personnel.
- En plus de vos capacités d'écoute empathique, vous êtes un négociateur né et vous utilisez votre pouvoir de persuasion pour proposer une solution précise et ciblée.
- Vous aimez travailler de manière indépendante, vous êtes structuré(e) et vous avez la détermination nécessaire.
- Grâce à votre intégrité, vous parvenez à gagner la confiance de vos clients et de vos collègues.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et idéalement le luxembourgeois (l'allemand est un atout).
- Vous avez une affinité avec les énergies renouvelables, les produits et les innovations du marché.
