**Activités / Missions**:
A la Banque de Luxembourg, nous desservons trois types de clients : les clients privés, les clients entreprises de type familial, et les clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs.
Au sein de notre Département Risk Management, l'équipe Operational Risk Mgt, en charge de l'identification des risques opérationnels et de l'accompagnement des métiers dans la mise en place de plans de réduction des risques, est à la recherche d'un-e Operational Risk Analyst afin de supporter son activité.
Dans ce rôle, vous rejoindrez une petite équipe composée de 4 expert-es et votre sera de détecter et mesurer l'ensemble des risques opérationnels actuels et à venir auxquels la Banque pourrait faire face.
- Vous menez et proposez des analyses de risques sur des sujets spécifiques et vous proposez des mesures à mettre en place.
- Vous collectez, classez et documentez les sinistres opérationnels et les réclamations selon les dispositifs établis.
- Vous préparez des rapports détaillés des sinistres, réclamations clients et vous y détaillez les plans d'actions associés.
- Vous participez et coordonnez les groupes de travail transversaux afin de contribuer à la maîtrise des risques opérationnels.
- Vous rédigez et maintenez, en collaboration avec les métiers, les descriptions des risques opérationnels et leurs mesures d'atténuation.
**Profil**:
Diplômé-e d'études supérieures, vous disposez d'une première expérience dans un rôle en lien avec l'audit, la gestion des risques, la conformité ou le contrôle et vous vous sentez capable de mener ces différentes missions en autonomie.
- Vous connaissez les produits et services financiers offerts par une banque.
- Vous maitrisez le cadre réglementaire et votre curiosité naturelle vous permet de vous tenir informé-e des différentes évolutions liées a celui-ci
- Vous savez défendre, argumenter, convaincre et êtes un-e bon-ne communiquant-e ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit ainsi que les outils bureautiques usuels dont Excel.
