Your field of responsibility


Join us as FCC Assurance Compliance Officer within our Financial Crime Compliance Department in Luxembourg and be part of our FCC Assurance team.

Your main role will be to support the implementation of new scenarios in our global transaction surveillance tools via testing processes.

You will also support the team in other specific tasks like ex-post transaction monitoring, screening, filtering by performing in-depth analysis of cases requiring further clarification in close collaboration with the Front Units.

These controls are complex in nature and often time sensitive. You will also be involved in the roll out of the FC Compliance Monitoring Program.


The role is based in Luxembourg, but the remit of the role also covers the bank's branches in France, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Ireland.

Your skills and experience
We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate the following:

  • A university degree or an equivalent education in Business Administration, Finance or Law
  • At least 2 years of KYC/AML/CDD experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management/Funds
  • Previous experience in Transaction Monitoring is of great advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg AML framework
  • Proven ability to build good relationship with business stakeholders with excellent communication skills and ability to deliver pragmatic compliance assessment.
  • Excellent English language skills. Other language skills a plus.
  • Teamplayer who is committed to service delivery perfection and always has the bank and clients' best interests in mind
