Als **Captain **hast du ein Auge für Details und weißt, was von dir erwartet wird, um dem Gast eine **MOXY Experience **zu bieten. Du bist proaktiv, freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie ein erkennbarer "Leader" für das Team. Als **Captain **hast du eine tiefe Verbindung zum Gast und den Grundwerten der Marke "thoughtful, fun und spirited". Du verstehst und harmonisierst mit dem **MOXY Gedanken **und bündelst deine Energie um jedem Gast und jedem Crew Member die **MOXY Experience** zu gewährleisten.

Der **Captain **ist **aktiv **und **kommunikativ**, mischt sich unters Volk und kreiert eine lebhafte Atmosphäre im Hotel, während er hinter den Kulissen den reibungslosen Ablauf der Prozesse aufrechterhält. All der Schwung und das Knowhow des **Captains **erschaffen ein Hotel, das genauso profitabel sowie fun ist - denn das ist es, worum es bei **MOXY **geht

Deine Verantwortung umfasst alles von Check-in und Begrüßung bis hin zur Atmosphäre in der Lobby, den Getränken an der Bar, dem Service der Crew Members, dem effizienten Check-out und jedem Schritt dazwischen. Du schaffst und pflegst **Beziehungen **im Umfeld des** MOXY's **und setzt spannende Events im Hotel um. Als **Captain **lenkst du die Einnahmen und bist stets darauf bedacht, den Betrieb effektiver und effizienter zu machen. Du nutzt deine **Leidenschaft **für die **MOXY Marke**, deine Persönlichkeit und deine Fähigkeit loyale Follower um dich zu scharen, um Gästen eine einzigartige Erfahrung in einer pulsierenden Umgebung zu bieten.

**Damit führst Du Dein MOXY zum Erfolg**
- Unterstütze uns bereits in der Pre-Opening Phase, in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Projektmanagement
- Rekrutiere und trainiere die beste Crew für dein Haus
- Du übernimmst die komplette operative Leitung nach der Eröffnung und stellst sicher, dass die Erfahrungen der Gäste das Level der **MOXY Experience** erreicht und den Angaben im **MOXY Handbuch** entspricht
- Sei aktiv und involviert in die tägliche Arbeit der Crew
- Plane regelmäßige Gästeevents, die den **MOXY Charakter** zum Leben erwecken
- Du bist verantwortlich für einen profitablen Hotelbetrieb, der den festgelegten Zielen des Unternehmens entspricht
- Sei auf dem Laufenden, was Forecasts angeht und sei proaktiv, um zukünftige betriebliche Aktionen zu planen
- Du überwachst und hältst das vorgegebene Budget ein
- Sorge dafür, dass das Hotel lokalen Gesetzen und Regularien in jeder Hinsicht folgt. Genau wie den vorgegebenen Standards
- und du kontrollierst deren Einhaltung

- Du bist herzlich, authentisch und loyal, sowie ein Motivator und charismatischer Leader
- Du bist ein Allrounder - flexibel einsetzbar - als Teamleader aber auch Teamplayer
- Umfassende Erfahrung, Minimum 4 Jahre, in einer operativen Führungsfunktion bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Lifestyle Hotellerie
- Eine offene und zuvorkommende Persönlichkeit, sowie Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie und Gastronomie
- Social Media Affinität
- Begeisterung zur Event-Organisation
- Englisch und Französisch ist ein given und für weitere Fremdsprachen gibt es Pluspunkte
- Du verfügst über grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
