In this context, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own seller experience for the EU Marketplace Invoicing products that automatically calculates VAT and generates invoices for customers to download.


As a Senior Product Manager, you are able to think big and develop a high-level approach, but also roll your sleeves up and dig into execution details.

You are passionate about operational excellence, working on hard problems, driving the development and rollout of innovative new features and delivering business growth.

You are able to influence decisions and teams located in different regions. You are an exceptionally strong communicator and analytic thinker, with a history of delivering results.

You are able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

High judgment, internal negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytic talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

This role is based in Luxembourg and will involve travel to the United States.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the development of new features, programs and processes to improve the invoicing experience for both sellers and customers
  • Have a dedicated technology team, and have to work closely with other Amazon teams across the company including user experience and design, sales, marketing and operations
  • Manage the troubleshooting of major product issues together with technology and support teams. Report to leadership on operational health metrics and key issues.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements for new features, as well as with senior stakeholders to create buyin for key strategic decisions
  • Drive adoption of features in EU to reach business goals
