Missions:
You will work in Amundi Luxembourg's Dealing Support Team being part of the Client Servicing Department as main contact for our distributors, customers and sales people by assisting them in any query and taking care of all day-to-day operational matters in relation to subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers on our Amundi sponsored products in order to have a completely smooth process.
You will:
- Be the contact point for the Investors and respond to requests regarding Proactively resolve operational issues, queries
- Ensure that all the claims and errors are escalated and solved in a timely manner
- Contact customers in case of incomplete/missing/incorrect information on dealing instructions liaising with the different relevant teams of our funds' TA/Custody
- Take part in some specific missions related to the Investors services.

- 5 ans
Expérience:
Ideally, 5 years of experience in the TA, fund administration and or fund custody area
Compétences recherchées:
- Good knowledge of funds structures and regulatory framework including AML/KYC
- Good knowledge of NCSS's trading flow is considered an advantage
- Building a strong relationship with our partners based on confidence, dealing with stress
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational abilities
Outils informatiques:
Strong IT skills :
Word, Excel, Power Point
Langues:
Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); German would be an strong asset
