Your Responsibilities:
1) Financial and accounting monitoring of investments
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Monitor daytoday companies administration
- Review companies' general and cost accounting managed by third parties
- Draw up reports on general company management (performance and risk assessment)
- Monitor the progress of real estate projects (budget monitoring, review of appraisals)
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of operational, accounting and financial policies and procedures, as well as internal controls.
- Assist in monitoring, coordinating and resolving existing or future disputes and litigation between the companies and its stakeholders, in contact with external parties (lawyers, notaries).
- Ensure that companies comply with current regulatory requirements
- Perform general secretarial tasks relating to the holding of company board meetings and general meetings
- Coordinate with third parties, including public authorities to assist companies in responding to requests and/or updating documentation.
Your Profile:
- Master degree in either corporate law or finance/accounting
- A proven experience in a similar position or equivalent fields
- Familiar with financial reporting and legal aspects of commercial companies in Luxembourg.
- Experience in investment and real estate fund management and any legal experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
- Proficient in the Office package ideally with advanced knowledge of Excel in the fields of financial analysis and financial modelling.
- Perfect command of French, fluent professional English. German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset
