Rejoignez SPIE, leader européen dans le domaine des services multitechniques, offrant des solutions innovantes en matière de maintenance et d'installation techniques.
Vous travaillerez en tant que Project Engineer au sein de notre société SPIE, située au Luxembourg. Celle-ci est chargée de superviser des projets d'installations HVAC, pour nos clients du secteur tertiaire (notamment les hôpitaux, immeubles de bureaux et maisons de repos). Nos équipes sont présentes sur les chantiers les plus divers et les plus exigeants partout au Luxembourg.
En tant que Projet Engineer, vous serez responsable de plusieurs aspects clés :
Vous serez chargé d'effectuer les consultations auprès des fournisseurs et d'établir en détail le prix de revient de chaque affaire, contribuant ainsi à assurer la rentabilité de nos projets.
De plus, vous préparerez et transmettrez les commandes de matériel signées par le Project Manager au service achats, garantissant ainsi une chaîne d'approvisionnement fluide et efficace.
La planification et le découpage des tâches seront également de votre ressort, tout comme l'établissement du plan d'hygiène et de sécurité pour assurer une organisation optimale du travail sur le terrain.
Sur le plan administratif, vous serez responsable du classement des éléments nécessaires à la gestion de l'affaire, y compris l'établissement des prévisions de dépenses à fin de chantier, ainsi que de la participation à l'élaboration des tableaux de bord en liaison avec le Project Manager.
Vous jouerez également un rôle crucial dans la relation avec le client, en établissant la facturation mensuelle et en la transmettant au service facturation.
Votre capacité à entretenir des relations solides avec les clients et à répondre à leurs besoins sera essentielle pour maintenir leur satisfaction tout au long du projet.
Enfin, vous veillerez à respecter les dispositions d'assurance qualité prévues au sein de l'entreprise et dans le cadre de la réalisation de l'affaire, garantissant ainsi la conformité aux normes et aux exigences du secteur.
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier ou d'un Master dans le domaine des techniques spéciales.
- Langue : française (toute autre langue sera un atout).
- Vous avez la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et flexible.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe.
- Une première expérience avérée dans le domaine est un atout.
