PERSONAL ASSISTANT, Part-time (M/F)
DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to represent a well-established private equity company in their search for a Personal Assistant.
You will assist a Managing Partner within the Private Equity investment firm that offers a diverse and collaborative environment.

THE ROLE:

  • Managing calendar, organization of business trips, including reservations of hotels, flights and similar arrangements
  • Internal reporting, including management of expense reports and other internal teamrelated admin functions.
  • Manage payment of invoices and travel expenses ensuring they are accurate, within bank policy and paid on time.
  • Handle and maintain confidential files in accordance with firm policy.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Managing Partner's ability to effectively lead the organization
  • Coordinate and facilitate any required calendars to arrange appointments, meetings and conferences
  • Able to work with accounting and legal documents of a confidential nature
  • Complete adhoc projects as necessary.

THE CANDIDAT PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive assistant
  • Relevant experience of a senior level executive within a global company is considered as an advantage.
  • Strong experience managing business trips across and outside of EU
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French. German would be a plus.
  • Ability to work in a very intercultural environment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Wellstructured, highly organized, accurate and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
