**Contexte et définition du poste**:
Fort d'une expertise de plus de 30 ans, BATIPRO MATERIAUX (anciennement BATI C) est un des leaders sur le marché des matériaux de construction au Grand-Duché du Luxembourg.

Nous bénéficions d'une surface de stockage importante sur plusieurs dépôts, ce qui réduit les délais de livraison et augmente la diversité de nos produits.

Au vu du développement de l'activité, nous recherchons un **DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (H/F)**:
**MISSIONS**:

- _Gouvernance des Systèmes d'Information (SI)_
- Définir la gouvernance SI au sein du groupe_
- Etablir le modèle d'évaluation et d'évolution des processus_
- Sensibiliser les équipes à la nouvelle règlementation en vigueur et expliquer l'impact du RPDG vis-à-vis des métiers_
- Veiller au respect des grands principes de la protection des données en coordonnant et conseillant les équipes concernées_
- Assurer un suivi régulier pour auditer, contrôler et répertorier les actions menées_
- _Architecture SI_
- Concevoir des cartographies fonctionnelles et applicatives_
- Définir et piloter le dispositif de sécurité (outils, normes, suivi des incidents, audits, etc.)_
- Analyser les acteurs et les outils (matériels ou logiciels) du marché_
- Evaluer les solutions en fonction du besoin et conduire les audits de performance technique SI_
- _Supervision SI_
- Superviser et administrer les infrastructures informatiques du groupe ainsi que le patrimoine applicatif_
- Instaurer des moyens et actions en conformité avec la règlementation_
- Communiquer et former le personnel pour sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux questions de sécurité de l'information_
- _Gestion des risques_
- Identifier les risques et définir la politique de sécurité de l'information par le biais d'audits, d'un plan de prévention, d'un plan de continuité d'activité, de choix technologiques, d'une charte sécurité, etc._
- Définir le plan de traitement des risques et les mesures de sécurité appropriées_
- Identifier les risques techniques et fonctionnels et estimer leur criticité_
- Piloter les risque projets en veillant à la qualité, au budget, aux contrats et aux plannings_
- Identifier les risques légaux pour le groupe et mettre en place des solutions juridiques de prévention_
- Réaliser une analyse de risques et d'impacts de mise en production en utilisant des normes standard_
- Assurer le niveau de couverture des risques du groupe, d'un projet via les assurances, des plans d'actions, etc._
- _Gestion du groupe et des contrôles_
- Gérer le groupe en arbitrant entre plusieurs orientations stratégiques, tactiques et opérationnelles_
- Analyser et comprendre l'origine d'un dysfonctionnement, d'un incident ou d'un accident_
- _Résolution de problèmes complexes_
- Analyser une situation problématique dans un environnement complexe_
- Elaborer et déployer une méthodologie de résolution_
- Elaborer des préconisations et proposer des solutions et scénarii d'amélioration_
- _Transmission de connaissances_
- Assurer la formation des équipes et transmettre les connaissances requises dans le groupe_
- Synthétiser une méthodologie ou des connaissances à capitaliser et à transmettre_
- Initier les équipes aux Bests Practices par différents moyens_
- _

- Connaître à la perfection les règlementations en vigueur_
- Assurer une veille technologique permanente et analyser les documents techniques_

- Titulaire d'une formation d'un diplôme de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de la sécurité informatique_
- Titulaire d'une formation juridique est considéré comme un atout_
- Première expérience significative sur une fonction similaire_
- Bonne connaissance des enjeux et des principes du RGPD_
- Permis B_
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais_
