Senior Associate Compliance (within business unit)
Mission:
Responsibilities
- Support the legal teams in various AML/KYC matters and liaise with the Compliance department
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients (e.g. KYC checklist support, client discussion support, etc)
- Support the legal teams in ensuring that client files are up to date, and drive the timely delivery of internal compliance matters (e.g. UBO changes, file reviews, client exits, etc)
- Monitor & manage operational risks
- Supervise audit and regulatory reviews
Profile:
Profile
- Degree educated in Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar role either in a law firm, financial industry, experience in a fund management or corporate trust services
- Solid knowledge of AML regulations in Luxembourg
- Be familiar with Luxembourg holding companies in the industry (including basic understanding of transactions from Luxembourg perspective in terms of legal, tax and accounting)
- Fluency in English is a must any other language will be a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
