**Your next challenge: - Supporting the implementation of new Compliance and Regulatory frameworks (MIFID II/ FIDLEG, AML/KYC, GDPR/FDPA, Market Abuse, etc.), particularly in terms of business impact and competitive advantage, as well as implementing regulatory & compliance solutions (Tax and Regulatory reporting).

  • Contributing to the regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness of our clients on AML/KYC challenges (client onboarding, periodic reviews, change of circumstances)
  • Participating in any other projects related to the Banking & Capital Market activities (e.g. implementation of Core Banking System, Process optimization, Review of Target Operating Model, etc.)
  • Assisting BearingPoint and your team in building trusted relationships with its clients to contribute to the Luxembourg office's growth: Business proposals, new service offering, Whitepaper.

What will we expect from our next Consultant

Mandatory Asset

  • Master's degree ideally in the Finance or Banking Sector;
  • Both writing and speaking French is
    mandatory and you are also fully proficient in English. German is an asset;
  • Comfortable with working in an international environment.
  • 14 years of experiences in Project Management and/or Business Analysis or Consulting in the Banking Sector.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion

Valuable Asset

  • Good command of MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
  • Organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform all daily tasks with excellent attention to details. In addition, you are creative, flexible, and proactive;
  • Organizational Ability to speak in public.
