Votre agence Agrolux intérim SA, spécialiste des métiers de l'Industrie et membre du groupe RAS comptant plus de 170 agences en France et en Espagne, recherche pour l'un de ses clients un(e):

- **CUSTOMER SUPPORT**_ **EN INDUSTRIE** pour un CDD de 3 mois
- Missions principales_
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients à l'international ;
- Optimiser la connexion interne afin d'harmoniser les besoins des clients avec les opérations internes et la logistique ;
- Effectuer le suivi des actions commerciales par l'enregistrement des offres (Quotation / proforma invoice) ;
- Centraliser et coordonner les informations entre le service commercial, la logistique et le service planning ;
- Suivi des Safety stock définis avec les clients ;
- Apporter le support aux besoins du service planning.
- Compétences requises_
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience réussie dans un poste similaire en industrie ;
- Allemand et anglais requis, toute autre langue constitue un avantage ;
- La connaissance des modules SAP PP/SD est nécessaire ;
- Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office ;
- Rigueur, capacité analytique et de synthèse ;
- Autonomie et sens des priorités ;
- Application et sens de l'organisation ;
- Force de proposition, prise d'initiative et esprit d'équipe.

Poste prévu pour un CDD de 3 mois avec possibilité d'un contrat plus long.
