**Tango - Let yourself go**
Tango, marque de Proximus Luxembourg, est présente sur le marché depuis 1998. Aujourd'hui, ce sont plus de clients qui lui font confiance.
Premier opérateur alternatif du pays, Tango propose un large portefeuille de produits incluant des services de TV, internet, téléphonie fixe et mobile aux clients résidentiels et petites entreprises.

La marque se place du côté de l'utilisateur et mène depuis ses débuts une politique d'innovation forte afin d'apporter le meilleur de la technologie au prix le plus juste. Proche de ses clients, elle s'appuie sur l'efficacité de son service clients et un réseau de distribution performant comprenant 11 points de vente Tango et 12 points de vente partenaires.

**Contenu de la fonction**:
Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, nous recherchons la personne qui sera le point de contact unique et responsable de l'ensemble du contenu de support digital pour les clients Tango.

De plus, cette personne sera un pilier dans l'équipe fidélisation dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de la roadmap stratégique.

**Responsabilités**:
**Responsable du contenu digital**
- Rédiger les messages en utilisant les outils d'administration de contenu ou en lien avec des prestataires externes
- Alimenter la roadmap business de nos outils de support digitaux (chatbot, faq, forum) et coordonner sa mise en œuvre avec les autres équipes projet
- Proposer des nouveaux contenus, use cases pour chaque canal de diffusion de support
- Être garant(e) de la qualité et la bonne mise à jour de ces contenus
- Assurer la coordination avec les autres services internes afin d'assurer la bonne mise en œuvre des demandes et la cohérence des roadmaps

**Coordination et animation des campagnes de fidélisation**
- Assurer le suivi et la gestion du planning des campagnes de marketing direct à destination des clients Tango
- Définir et mettre en œuvre les campagnes multicanaux en utilisant les outils de marketing direct
- Coordonner les besoins avec les équipes internes Produit et Communication
- Piloter et/ou assurer la rédaction du contenu des campagnes en français
- Piloter un prestataire externe pour la création et l'exécution des campagnes de fidélisation
- Coordonner avec l'équipe IT les évolutions de l'outil de gestion des campagnes

**Profil**:

- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en Marketing ou Communication ou en coordination de projet marketing ou Communication
- Idéalement, une 1ere expérience dans la gestion des campagnes de marketing direct
- Vous êtes dynamique, curieux et appétent aux nouvelles technologies tels que les outils de gestion de contenu online (CMS, outil de gestion d'Intelligence Artificielle ) ou de gestion de campagnes (ex. Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp)
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion de projet ou avez déjà une expérience dans ce domaine
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français à l'oral et à l'écrit (aisance rédactionnelle indispensable). La maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et écrit est un plus.
