Your role
- Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others? We're looking for someone like that to:
- Support a multi-vendor network and security infrastructure in UBS
- Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
- Raise change requests and implement network changes
- Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- Maintain a knowledge database
Your team
- You will be part of the Luxembourg Network Operations Team. Our role is to provide network and firewall support for UBS from datacenter to end user port.
Your expertise
- 5+ years of proven experience working within high performing Network Operations/ Datacenter teams, ideally in the financial services industry
- Strong technical experience in the following areas are required:
- Enterprise routing and switching
- e.g. Juniper / Cisco
- Enterprise Firewall management e.g. Fortigate Firewalls
- Proxy and Loadbalancer technologies e.g. McAfee / Citrix
- Participate in incident, change and problem management.
- Interested in scripting languages such as Python.
- Develop a "Can-Do" attitude and suggest ways to improve the team performance and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop documentation of technical support issues using the available tools is an essential element of the role
- good in time-management, communication
- Ideally Juniper/Citrix/Cisco certified
- English speaking
