- The EMEA Fund Services Team is a centre of expertise and knowledge for Invesco's U.K, Luxembourg, and Irish domiciled fund ranges. The team is responsible for the EMEA management and implementation of investment fund related initiatives such as new products, improvements to existing products, local coordination, and management of all affected parties. Our core focus is on oversight of matters delegated to the named Third Party Administrators (TPA) and the team is based across Luxembourg, Henley and Dublin.

We are looking for a new intern for our Fund Valuation team in Luxembourg for 6-9 months starting January 2024.
You'll be involved in the oversight of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) related activities performed by Third Party Administrator (TPA) Companies appointed by Invesco to administer the Funds to ensure an optimum level of service provided to Invesco.
- You will be involved in:
- Undertaking necessary control checks and review of TPA reporting to ensure NAVs are calculated in an accurate & timely manner-
- Monitoring and reporting on the NAV & NAV related services provided by TPA in adherence with the agreed Service Level Agreements-
- Ensuring all processes completed by TPAs within agreed SLAs and engage in discussions at regular service review meetings-
- Implementing daily swing pricing policy and perform swing pricing reporting-
- Managing queries received by TPA or internal Invesco parties, resolve in a timely manner and raise where needed.-
- Contributing to department planning & initiatives. Suggest & implement improvements to procedures & processes-
- Assisting in implementing product development and business change projects between TPA and Invesco through to satisfactory completion
