Missions:
- Review and sign off NAV in a timely manner
- Be responsible for daytoday client fund accounting matters
- Take ownership of any tasks or projects assigned
- Assist auditors, internal and external parties with their queries
- Help Assistant Managers when required and assist them on any queries or project they are working on
- Support all aspects of operational delivery in the daily servicing of clients
- Support and provide solutions for enhanced client delivery and servicing
- Deal with client, Investment Operations, GDS, Auditors and third parties.
- Monitor deliverables accuracy and timeliness
Experience and skills required:
- Accounting qualification (BA or equivalent)
- 56 years' relevant experience and minimum 1 month of supervisory/management experience
- Good PC skills (Excel, Word etc.)
- Thorough understanding of accounting on Luxembourg and UK based holding companies
Strong Experience of Real Estate structures and relevant accounting:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting for securities and derivatives and/or Fund of funds and/or Private equity funds
- Thorough knowledge of Private Debt structures
- Understanding of Luxembourg Fund regulation
- Experience with Yardi would be considered an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with both clients and colleagues
- Fluent in English, both written and oral. Ability to work under stress and respect deadlines
- Flexible, autonomic and adapt quickly to new environment
