PMO - Project Management Assistant

Your Mission:
- Support the Project Manager in planning and monitoring to ensure the successful completion of the project within the defined scope, timeline, and budget;
- Schedule meetings or project related events, track progress, communicate with team members;
- Maintain project documentation and update project management software;
- Assist with budget management and expenses tracking;
- Help to prepare project reports and presentations.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma; a 2year certification in secretarial studies or PMO it is an advantage;
- Organizational and time management skills, prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines;
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients;
- Build strong relationships with team members, able to collaborate and work with others;
- Very good business English and French (minimum level C1).
