Senior Payroll Manager
If you're looking for a challenging and dynamic opportunity in Payroll management, our client's newly created Senior Payroll Manager role may be the perfect fit for you.
One of the main advantages of this position is the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a professional HR team, providing training for the payroll operations team, and supporting the entire team in ensuring continuous service to all stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory payroll requirements across different European jurisdictions, making sure that any changes are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
- Participate in global projects
- Ensuring that the processes and procedures are in place
- Providing training for the payroll operations team
- Payroll compliance oversight
- Create structure and governance for payroll audits
- Develop processes and procedures that will be used to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years' experience in a payroll position that overlooks different jurisdictions
- Solid understanding of European payroll, employment tax, and social security legislation
- Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of any other European language would be considered a benefit
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.
