TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Task Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Cargolux employer branding strategy
  • Plan employer branding and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion
  • Strengthen Cargolux social media presence related to recruitment and employer branding with consistent, impactful and creative content
  • Increase visibility, optimize and promote the content of Cargolux job advertisements
  • Oversee and regularly review all job board suppliers and agreements to ensure return on investment and effectiveness
  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as websites, direct approach and social media
  • Implement a method to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment advertising strategies and create regularly reports for review and recommended actions
  • Organize and participate in various initiatives to promote Cargolux as an employer (e.g. job fairs, recruitment events or school visits)
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment projects

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Communication or any other relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with focus on employer branding
  • Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques and content management
  • Strong understanding of branding to be able to promote Cargolux as an employer of choice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude and creative mindset
  • Good presentation and good networking abilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • People and team orientated as well as able to work independently
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
  • Project management skills could be considered as an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, French and German, other languages are a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Full time & permanent contract
  • Position based in Luxembourg
  • Occasional travel may be required within the Cargolux network
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
