Description/List of tasks to be carried out
As part of a project to pool a KYC platform, the Retail and Corporate business lines require the support of a functional analyst with a good knowledge of KYC.
His or her role will include:

Explaining what personal data is involved:
-
Explaining the benefits to customers of keeping their personal file up to date:
-
Promoting digital channels and equipping customers:
-
Promoting mutualisation by explaining that customers may, at their discretion, agree to share their personal data with their other business relations

Explain how changes made by the customer on the i
Hub portal are processed, the possible interactions and their reflection in the Bank's systems:-
Explain which activities are transferred to the KYC Office teams (chasing process), how this is done and what happens if the customer cannot be reached:

Explain the flow of management of unfavourable information (new): in the future, managers will be directly contacted in the event of proven unfavourable information for analysis and action before it is sent to Compliance

Support Customer Services to provide the best possible response to customers' questions about how the portal works.
