We are seeking a Sales Advisor for a client who is a prominent provider of telephony, Internet, TV, and ICT services.

This client also excels in developing telecommunication infrastructures and ICT services.

Location:
Luxembourg

Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and respond to customer needs promptly.
  • Advise on solutions, technologies, and services.
  • Organize and participate in product/service presentations.
  • Provide presales support for Corporate customers.
  • Prepare financial responses and seek support for nonstandard products.
  • Draft precise offers and contracts
  • Coordinate sales and crossfunctional teams for efficient collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitiveness.

Ideal Profile:

  • English and French fluent
  • Min 3 years in sales or technical/commercial roles.
  • Specialization in technical aspects of products/solutions/services.
  • Ability to understand diverse technical environments.
  • Courteous, with a valid driving license B.
