Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 89 destinations and employing 350 people?

In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities


In order to achieve this objective and as part of the development of the Security department, we are looking to hire immediately an : Administrative Assistant (M/F/d).


Responsibilities:

_What you will be doing :_

  • Acting as organisational support to the management of the department
  • Carrying out the administrative tasks inherent to the department
  • Booking, at the request of the Management, flights and hotels for the needs of the department's staff and external speakers
  • Managing and centralising information, drafting information notes for the department's internal communication and working in collaboration with the company's internal communication team
  • Being the active support to the followup of the department's projects through the organisation of meetings and the drafting of minutes
  • Ordering and managing stocks of office supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the department
  • Ensuring the replacement of the other assistants as regards the management of the Directorate's agenda and the physical and telephone reception of their interlocutors
  • Participating in the integration of new employees
Must Have Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bac or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience:

  • 2 year' successful experience in airport security or training

Languages:

  • French : fluency in written and oral
  • English : fluency in written and oral
  • Luxemburgish : fluency in written and oral would be an asset
