Your mission:

  • Manage Multiline and SWIFTNet administration
  • Completion / Signoff Multline forms to add / modify bank authorizations with banking partners
  • Maintenance of signatories and bank mandates, incl. change requests
  • Recurring reporting on bank mandate changes towards defined clients
  • Send approval reminders for invoices and transactions to respective signers
  • Handle other administrative adhoc tasks related to payments and vendor services
  • Support with the preparation of payment and transaction reports
  • Maintaining list of term deposits and Multiline Amendments for client reporting

Your profile:

  • University degree or completed apprenticeship in a commercial or finance related field
  • First experience in treasury management within the financial services sector
  • Experience with Multiline and payment processing
  • Attention to detail and being able to handle sensitive data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • You are fluent in English, German is considered an asset
