Anderson Wise is happy to share this opportunity for a finance professional to join our client, a renowned US multinational investment firm that invests in public and private debt & equity securities across various industries in its recruitment efforts.

The role presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated finance professional eager to utilize and develop their expertise.

This position involves regular contact with the London and New York offices, offering substantial exposure to the ever-growing alternative funds market.


You will be responsible for day-to-day invoice and payment processing, administration, and cash operations for 35+ Luxembourg entities and various European investment structures.


Your Responsibilities
***- Process vendor invoices utilizing Company's proprietary system according to Company policies.

  • Process vendor payments utilizing Company's proprietary payment module according to Company policies.
  • Review invoices against engagements and correspond with vendors on inaccuracies, billing queries and reconciliation.
  • Internal management ad hoc reporting.
  • Collation of invoices for VAT return preparation.
  • Establishment of bank accounts (bank forms, collating support documents and information, coordinating and retrieving signatures etc.).
  • Daily cash reconciliation bookkeeping for the Luxembourg entities.
  • Recording accounting entries in the Company accounting system.
  • Monitoring Luxembourg entities cash balances.
  • Assist with requests from vendors when onboarding the Company's Luxembourg entities (KYC etc).

Your Profile

  • University Degree, with a focus on accounting a plus.
  • Strong skills and professional experience in Accounting or Finance previous experience in the administration of SPVs is an advantage.
  • 4 to 8 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to work in a small team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP.
  • Excellent MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience with Advent Geneva accounting system a plus.
  • Excellent grasp of English language (both written and oral).
  • High moral integrity and work ethic.
  • In a highly demanding environment, the ability to get work done timely and demonstrate flexibility.
  • As a multitasker, you demonstrate common sense and strong organizational skills.
  • As a team player, you show a good attitude, enthusiasm, and partnership.
  • You are eager to take on more responsibilities and demonstrate ownership.
