Stagiaire Kyc Statement Tax and Complaints

ING Luxembourg propose un stage au sein de son service Statement, tax and complaints, dès Septembre 2023. Le stage doit être conventionné par une école.
Le département Client Services en charge du contrôle Due Diligence de nouveaux clients et de clients existants dans tous leurs aspects KYC (Know Your Client), KYT (Know Your Transaction) et AML (Anti-Money Laundering). En faisant face aux renforcements réguliers de la règlementation en terme de lutte anti blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.
Description de la fonction:
Le stagiaire sera impliqué dans le fonctionnement quotidien du département "Statement, tax and complaints " et se verra confier entre autres les activités suivantes:
- Traitement des demandes de certification de soldes pour les auditeurs ;
- Etablissement de certificats bancaires ;
- Suivi des dossiers de succession
- Gestion de la qualité des données ;
- Collaboration avec les départements commerciaux.
Votre profil:
- Formation et expérience:
- Niveau minimum BAC+3/4 à orientation économie/droit ou finance ;
Compétences:
- Des connaissances juridiques sont un atout
- Aptitude d'analyse, capacité de jugement, esprit d'initiative et de créativité sont nécessaires pour assurer la bonne gestion des situations ou dossiers critiques ;
- Bonnes capacités de communication et de coordination ;
- Bonnes connaissances des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access,...)
Langues
- Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais indispensables.
