- Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
- About the role:
- We have an outstanding opportunity for you to join Scottish Widows Europe (SWE), a diverse and inclusive team based in Luxembourg, who work in an international and informal environment. As the Business Analyst you'll be part of a small crossfunctional delivery team ensuring that all legal, regulatory change and service improvement is delivered for SWE using the fundamentals of good Change Management principles.
- What you'll be doing:
- Change triage: Support the assessment process for new change requests from a variety of sources, provide analysis on the changes required.-
- Business Analysis: Provide detailed and accurate impact assessments for triage items. For approved and prioritised change, you'll ensure the requirements are captured in a way that satisfies the third-party suppliers and our colleagues in LBG.-
- Governance and Reporting: Follow the SWE specific change process any additional requirements from the Group where appropriate.-
- Partner Management: You'll work with key project collaborators and build relationships that support your analytical work.-
- Group Values: Positively influences others by demonstrating Lloyds Banking Group values and behaviour and encourages this in team members.

- SWE is part of Scottish Widows, a 100% subsidiary of LBG and a strong life and pension company in the UK. Its product range includes life assurance, pensions, investments and savings. The company has been providing financial services to the UK market since 1815. The company sells products through independent financial advisers, direct to customers and through LBG bank branches. Scottish Widows employs around 3,000 people.
- Scottish Widows Europe was established in Luxembourg to ensure continuity of servicing for its existing EU business after the UK's exit from the EU, and is authorized to conduct runoff insurance business in Europe ("SWE").
- What we need from you:
- Strong proven track record of working in a similar role,-
- Good organizational and excellent communication skills,-
- Proficient in French and English, German or Italian would be a plus,-
- At ease with standard MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and Adobe tools, willingness to learn and use more specific IT tools (including built-in software),-
- Open minded, able to demonstrate key behavioural capabilities including teamwork, ownership, agility, proactivity and innovation,-
- Keen to suggest new ideas and implement pragmatic and workable solutions.
