Corporate Trust Team Leader

Founded in 1856, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. From its foundation, the BIL has always played an active role in the development of the Luxembourg economy. It currently operates in retail, private and corporate banking, as well as on major capital markets. You will:
- Contribute to the growth strategy and to the development of the value proposition of the bank
- Manage the team of 10 collaborators
- Manage annual SWIFT release requirements from Euroclear, Clearstream and LuxCSD
- From time to time implement regulatory changes impacting the system (with the help of IT and other internal and external resources)
- Update the procedures and see opportunities for improvement and automation
- Efficiently delegate tasks to the team members to promote growth and ownership
- Regularly communicate to the management about the KPI's, the status of ongoing projects, important events
- Be in charge of the renewal of the ISAE 3402 certification
You have:
- A proven track record in securities / corporate actions
- A good knowledge of securities lifecycle, SWIFT, SWIFT Alliance
- Good communication skills
- A high level of integrity and ethics
- A relevant education and / or work experience in Finance, Economics, Project Management
- Managerial experience is seen as an advantage
You are:
- Fluent in English / French / German or any other language is seen as an advantage
- Clientoriented and resultsoriented
- Rigorous, organized and methodical
- Good at prioritizing own and the team's tasks
- Aware of the risks, capable of reducing them and communicating the relevant info to the management
