Our client is a renowned investment firm, operating as an independent asset manager overseeing several billion dollars for individuals, families, and institutions worldwide.

To reinforce their team in Luxembourg, we are actively seeking a Sales Coordinator.

Our client specifically seeks an individual fluent in spoken and written French.


In this role, you will serve as an advocate and support resource for our Private Client Directors, who are responsible for engaging with potential clients and providing them with insights into the services offered by Investments Europe.

Reporting to your Team Leader, you will supply Private Client Directors with the necessary resources in the field.

This position is ideal for those aspiring to embark on a career in financial services, offering an opportunity to grasp the intricacies of operations from the ground up, build successful professional relationships, and develop a robust skill set.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact and provide administrative support for the Private Client Directors.
  • Prepare resources for prospective client meetings.
  • Collaborate with external parties to gather information on the current investments of potential clients.
  • Review client profiles, analyzing cash flow requirements, current assets, and potential account structures and funding sources.
  • Ensure compliance with all established procedures.
  • Collaborate with our Financial Planning and Portfolio Evaluation departments to initiate the initial steps in completing recommendation proposals for prospective clients.
  • Utilize Morningstar software to generate reports on prospective clients' current investments with external providers.

Your Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Native proficiency in French and proficiency in English.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment to support highvolume output.
  • Capable of managing complexity and coordinating across multiple departments under strict timelines.
  • Reliable and accurate in your work.
  • Committed to maintaining the quality of work while adhering to timelines.
