**FUNCTIE- EN TAAKOMSCHRIJVING**:
**Internal Sales and Administration Coordinator For HOZELOCK**

**Zorgdragen voor een goed en efficiënt werkende commerciële binnendienst**
- Coachen en begeleiden van uw binnendienstteam
- Tweewekelijks intern overleg binnendienst met verslaglegging naar het MT
- Zorgen voor een adequate bezetting van de binnendienst (planning verlof, vervanging tijdens ziekte, etc)
- Motiveren van de binnendienst medewerkers en proberen hun vaardigheden te vergroten.
- Uw binnendienst team 4 maal per jaar evalueren en in verslag vastleggen en dit communiceren naar het MT
- Eigen klantaccounts beheren en toezien op beheer van de overige accounts
- Problemen detecteren en oplossen
- Procedures opstellen en toetsen; indien noodzakelijk aanpassen
- Opstellen marketingcommunicatie
- Opstellen commercieel actieplan ieder nieuw jaar op basis van de dan geldende inzichten.
- Aanspreekpunt voor Belgische en Nederlandse buitendienstmedewerkers
- Zorg dragen voor een commercieel bewustzijn op de binnendienst
- Meewerken in alle taken van de binnendienst.
- Beheer agenda voor MT meetings. Tijdig versturen reminder + verzoek om agenda punten. Agenda MT voorbereiden en doorsturen tesamen met action log vorige meeting naar MT.
- Notuleren van MT Meetings
- Uitwerken action logs voortkomend uit MT meeting en distributie naar de MT leden.
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de 2 Commercial en 1 Financial/Logistics Manager
- Assertief zijn inzake voorstellen ter verbetering functioneren binnendienst in de ruimste zin van het woord.

**Op orde houden van het magazijntje met onderdelen en retouren**
- Fysiek door dagelijks de retouren af te (laten) handelen en onderdelen te (laten) versturen, de containers tijdig te laten ledigen.
- Administratief door alle magazijn mutaties in het systeem correct af te wikkelen en te documenteren.

**Zorgdragen voor goede en betrouwbare (systeem)informatie**
- Verantwoordelijk voor de juiste klantprijzen en kortingen in het systeem
- Verantwoordelijk voor inkoopprijzen in het systeem
- Goede opvolging van klantpromoties gedurende het seizoen en vastlegging + opvolging promotional planner..
- Ondersteunende en controlerende taak in voorraadbeheer. Aangeven mogelijke out of stocks, bestelvoorstellen, highlighten probleem artikelen, etc.
