**Vos missions**
- Vous serez en charge du développement commercial de nos solutions collectives de plan de pension et/ou Soins de santé au Luxembourg.
- Vous développerez et déploierez avec succès des stratégies de vente et de marketing auprès des clients, prospects et intermédiaires.
- Vous serez en mesure d'atteindre de nouveaux objectifs de ventes commerciales sur une base annualisée en fonction de notre marché cible d'entreprises.
- Vous démontrez les connaissances techniques nécessaires pour communiquer efficacement nos solutions et répondre aux appels d'offre.
- Vous serez le point de contact des correspondants clients (Ressources Humaines, Direction ) et intermédiaires (courtiers, agents, consultants ) du portefeuille collectif existant Vie et Santé afin d'assurer le suivi de qualité et répondre à leurs besoins.
- Vous proposerez des aménagements tarifaires ou des garanties sur le portefeuille dans l'objectif de répondre aux exigences clients, valoriser leurs avantages offerts, maitriser la rentabilité et optimiser les processus de communication.
- Vous développerez le portefeuille sur base de cross-sell sur l'activité Vie et Santé collective.
- Vous effectuerez des présentations au personnel des avantages offerts par les contrats Vie et Santé collective.
- Vous serez en mesure d'animer des séminaires / formations liés à des évènements marketing ou autres.

**Votre profil**
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement le français et l'anglais. La maitrise de tout autre langue (allemand, luxembourgeois,) sera considérée comme un atout ;
- Vous avez une excellente compréhension des avantages extra légaux en faveur des salariés. Une expérience dans le domaine des Régimes Complémentaires de Pension est considérée comme un avantage ;
- Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3-5 ans comme cadre commercial BtoB ou dans le domaine des avantages extra-légaux en faveur des salariés ;
- Vous disposez d'une forte visibilité au sein de la Communauté RH ou des avantages extra-légaux ;
- Vous êtes doté(e) de solides compétences en communication écrite et d'une grande aisance relationnelle ;
- Vous disposez d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et du suivi de vos dossiers ;
- Vous avez une approche consultative, positive et ingénieuse pour traiter avec les prospects, les clients et les intermédiaires ;
- Vous disposez d'une excellente capacité d'écoute avec une forte orientation client ;
- Vous êtes motivé pour atteindre vos objectifs ;
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement les outils bureautiques : Excel, Powerpoint et Word.
